AlerTox®Sticks Walnut is a fast and easy-to-use kit for the detection of walnut in food / beverages and the environment (surfaces, rinsing water).

Method: Qualitative immunochromatographic (Lateral Flow Test)

Detection limit:
- 2.25 ppm (food matrices)
- 4.5 ng/cm² (surfaces)
- 2 ug/16cm² (surfaces)

Reaction time: 10 minutes (visual reading of test results)
