AleTox®Sticks Soy PLUS is a fast and easy-to-use kit for the detection of soy in food / beverages and the environment (surfaces, rinsing water).

Method:
Qualitative immunochromatographic (Lateral Flow Test)

Detection limit:
- 1.5 ppm (B-conglycinin) (food matrices)
- 3 ng/cm² (surfaces)
- 0.15 ug/16cm² (surfaces)

Reaction time: 10 minutes (visual reading of test results)
